What happens if a participant cannot attend their scheduled headshot session due to illness?
If a participant needs to reschedule due to illness, a studio fee of $25 and an additional artist fee of $25 will apply. This policy reflects the significant savings offered by stacking appointments during the event.
How quick will my photos be taken?
Your headshot session will be 10-15 minutes, including time to select your favorite image for retouching.
Do you include retouching?
Yes! Retouching includes stray hair removal, minor skin retouching, and basic teeth whitening.
Image Delivery
Your photographer will email all final images to the event coordinator after retouching has been finalized, between 3-5 business days.

Directions: if you navigate to Mas Fajitas (click HERE to open in Maps), and enter into the Legends Village office complex behind Mas Fajitas, you will find Michele Johns Photography in the 3rd building on the left. There is parking available in front of the suite.
