What to Expect:

Request your invoice and once paid, you will receive your unique booking link to share with your team. This ensures a seamless and customized booking experience, allowing every participant to schedule their headshot on a day/time of their choice.

  • Professional Guidance: Each team member will receive direction and support during their 10-minute individual headshot session to achieve their best possible image. Our goal is to project the professionalism and coherence of your team, creating headshots that resonate with both clients and colleagues.

Enhanced Image Delivery:

  • Comprehensive Online Gallery: Within 3 to 5 business days of each headshot, access your master gallery with all final images, available for download with a commercial-use license in multiple popular sizes, including high resolution. All images include professional retouching.

Pricing:

Enjoy Special Group Rates for Teams as follows for individual headshots:

  • 3-5 Headshots: $130 per team member (Plus Tax)
  • 6-10 Headshots: $110 per team member (Plus Tax)
  • 11-15 Headshots: $75 per team member (Plus Tax)

How long will each headshot session take?

Each individual session typically lasts 10 minutes, allowing us to capture the ideal professional image with precision and care.

When will we receive the final images?

Retouched images will be available for download from a password-protected online gallery within three to five business days following your session.

What if someone is unavailable on the chosen date?

If a team member cannot attend on the scheduled day, we offer rescheduling options. Please notify us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative time.

Do you include retouching?

Yes! Retouching includes stray hair removal, minor skin retouching, and basic teeth whitening.

How will I select my photo?

Your photographer will select your best image to retouch after the event. If time permits, you may be shown a few images to select your own favorite. An online proof gallery will not be supplied.
